The present General Terms and Conditions section intends to regulate the relationship between MARNYS – Martinez Nieto, S.A. (hereunder “MARNYS UAE”) and you (hereunder “customer”), related to underlying transactions through the website uae.marnys-me.com (hereunder “the web”), internet domain whose owner is Martinez Nieto, S.A.- legally set company, located in Pol. Ind. Los Camachos Sur – Av. Del Carbono, nº 96, 30369-Los Camachos / Cartagena (SPAIN), with CIF ESA30603757.

Online products offered by MARNYS UAE through this website shall be subject to the General Conditions.
The order implies the acceptance of the general sales conditions.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept liability for all activities that occur under your account. Products sold on this website are available for purchase only by those aged 18 and over. MARNYS UAE reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel services in its sole discretion.
2. PRICES AND PRODUCTS
The sales prices of the online products on marnys-me.com, are indicated in UAEi dinars.
MARNYS UAE reserves the right to modify its prices at any point in time. If the customer has placed an order and the delivery is not completed but the prices have been changed on the website, then the old price will be reflected on the invoice and the customer will pay the old price only for the order in progress.
Indirect taxes are included in the prices, but not the shipping costs. The shipping costs will be charged to the user and added to the total quantity of the chosen products. We will inform you before you pay and complete the checkout process.
2.2. Product characteristics
The customer can collect, before placing the order, any necessary information on MARNYS UAE’ website, about the basic characteristics of the product or products that would like to order.
The customer can choose and purchase one or several products among different categories that MARNYS UAE’ website offers.

3. THE ORDER
All orders imply the full acceptance of the restrictions and the present general sales conditions.
All orders paid online are not processed until they are validated by the banking institution.
MARNYS UAE will inform you through your e-mail address about your shipment status.
We have received your order correctly, where the order details, items selected, shipping costs, number of order, and the procedure for the withdrawal right are collected.
Your shipment has left our warehouse in Jeddah.
The shipment confirmation:
Your shipment has been given to the freight forwarder.
MARNYS UAE recommends its customers to keep the details sent in the order information.
The shipment is expedited every working day at 17:00 p.m. from Jeddah. Orders placed before 13:30 p.m. hrs will be prepared and send on the same day.
4. SHIPMENT ACCEPTANCE
The acceptance and confirmation of the shipment will be done through the entry of data in different pages/ successive stages:
- Adding the product to the cart.
- Cart validation.
- Add address + Delivery option.
- Payment method.
- Acceptance of general sales conditions.
Until the step “make a payment”, you can change your shipment. Click on the icon “my cart” in the upper right corner.
5. PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
MARNYS UAE strives to have all products available on the website; notwithstanding, cannot guarantee that all products you wish to buy will be available by the time you are going to make the payment.
If during the preparation of the order a product is unavailable, you will be notified and another product with similar characteristics may be suggested, in which case you can cancel or change the initial order or accept or reject the new MARNYS UAE offer.
6. THE PAYMENT
The payment has to be done just when the purchase has been completed by the customer. The customer counts on the following payment methods:

MARNYS UAE accepts VISA and MASTER CARD.
When choosing secure payment, the customer will be directed to secure payment gateway which integrates the SSL safety standards.
The confidential payment information details are transmitted directly and in encrypted form to the relevant bank and are not stored by MARNYS UAE.
Cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery allows you to pay your order when you receive it at home: you can validate your order in our website when choosing the payment method “cash on delivery” and pay for it to the carrier. We charge an extra cost of SAR 17 over the final price of the order (freight forwarder commission).
7. THE DELIVERY
The invoice will be sent to the customer along with the order.
Through this website, MARNYS UAE products are sold and delivered in the UAE territory:
We will send your order through SMSA.
The fee for each delivery is SAR 28 and the maximum weight is 15 kg.
The order will be delivered to your address within 2-5 working days.
The carrier will provide two delivery attempts. In case there is no response from the customer, the order will be canceled and returned. We do not deliver orders to PO boxes.
In the case the customer is present at the delivery address within the delivery time, the delivery time mentioned will be valid. The products are deemed to be delivered on the date MARNYS UAE mentioned as expected delivery time.
The costs for home delivery are free of charge for orders over SAR 150.
Rights of withdrawal and refund
In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you are entitled to return the item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will proceed to refund with the incurred shipping fee.
If the item received is wrong and different from what you ordered, you can return the item in the same condition as you received it in the original box and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed to refund the payment within 15 days.
If you change your mind and wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to return it, considering the following rules:
- You can’t return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.
- Only the items with ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.

This user agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
