Vitamin A:

- Enhances iron absorption. It's required for tissue growth and repair, and also for maintaining & renewing cartilage, bone & teeth , act as immune stimulant .
Vitamin D3:
- It's important for keeping normal blood calcium & phosphorus levels and helps build and maintain strong bones.

Daily recommended dose by age:
4 to 6 years of age: 14 drops (0.5 ml).
7 to 9 years of age: 18 drops
